We had an amazing stay at Pendry West Hollywood. The upgraded room on the higher floors provided us with a breathtaking view. The lobby and entrance were absolutely stunning. Check-in and out were smooth and efficient. The entire hotel was impeccably clean. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool with its Hollywood vibes. The location was perfect, close to bars and entertainment venues. The staff were extremely professional and friendly. We even received special treatment for our anniversary, with a thoughtful message and cake in our room. we highly recommend Pendry West Hollywood for a fantastic experience.
Although our stay was wonderful, we encountered a few minor issues. The check-in process took longer than expected due to limited staff.
