    We got a room with a bathtub. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and there were central heating, a private safe and multi-channel television.

    The room was extremely spacious, with smoke detectors and EXCEPTIONAL views. The location was prime and perfect - close to all locations, West Hollywood and Wolfgang Puck restaurant.

    The bed was uncomfortable.

    Perfect for a laid-back getaway

    The staff treated us like family. One night we ordered in-room dining like kings, and it arrived quickly, hot, and delicious, couldn't have asked for better. The rooftop pool was another gem, with a killer view of the sunset.

    Yeah it wasn't the cheapest stay but honestly worth every penny.

    Fine views from the rooftop pool.

    The service here was far below expectations. The breakfast area was chaotic, with inadequate staff to handle the morning rush. We had to wait too long just to get basic items like towels and drinks. Honestly, for the price point, I expected much more attention and care from the staff. It seemed like despite the high standards they claim to uphold, the execution was severely lacking.

    The room was super comfortable with an amazing view of LA from the balcony. Loved the big shower and super soft towels! The breakfast catered to my needs, and the staff were pretty good, provided extra water without even asking. Plus, the rooftop pool had fine night views!
